Integrated with exit airlock system in the production area, Mist Showers reduce cross-contamination within the facility. The mist formed during operation ensures removal of loose particles sticking to clothing which is discarded in a customised container. Contaminated water is discharged to kill tank – ETP via a closed loop system. A proper ventilation system is provided. The system is available in non-flameproof and flameproof execution. The design can be customised to suit specific applications and layouts.

Air Shower is designed to supply Class 100 HEPA filtered air at high velocity to remove particulate matter from the person entering the Cleanroom.

Air Shower has self-contained chambers installed at entrances to cleanrooms and other controlled environments. They minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the clean space. Personnel and materials entering or exiting the controlled environment are “scrubbed” by high velocity HEPA-filtered air jets with velocities of 20-22m/s (4000-4300fpm).
